Owners Margaret Feinberg and Lawrence Kaiser along with several employees make up the team at Kaiser Maintenance Inc.. We have a Certified arborist, Mauget tree injection specialist, Certified DEC Applicators and technicians. Through continuing education we are always striving to be a leader in horticulture by keeping up to date with the latest products and services to provide sound enviromental stewardship.

Margaret Feinberg
President / Office administator
Margaret Feinberg having majored in fashion merchandising at The Art Institute of Fort Lauterdale, now uses her skills to bring a resfreshing eye for detail and maintains a high quality standard for all of our clients properties. Margaret has also been a Certified DEC Applicator and has earned a certificate in Enviromental Horticulture from Cornell Cooperative extension
Although her main focus now is overseeing daily office admistration her backround and field experience allows her to address any clients questions with certainty.
Lawrence Kaiser
Vice President
Lawrence Kaiser, having a strong work ethic with a Certified NYS Arborist and DEC Pesticide applicator also serves as a mentor to other members of the team. Lawrence has been the driving force in the creative side to Kaiser maintenance, taking on large scale and unique projects. One of the keys to success is the insightful planning and preparedness, whether it be landscape management programs or construction projects.
Travis Feinberg-Kaiser
Production Manager
Travis is a Certified NYS DEC Pesticide Applicator who manages all clients properties for health and nutrional needs while also over seeing our maintenance crews for proper pruning techniques of trees and shrubs. Travis regularly ensures our quality of workmanship is second to none. He can also effectively diagnose and treat insects and diseases commonly found in landscape plantings.
