Margaret Feinberg majored in Fashion Merchandising at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and now applies her keen eye for detail to maintain the highest quality standards across all client properties. A Certified DEC Applicator, Margaret has also earned a Certificate in Environmental Horticulture from Cornell Cooperative Extension.

Currently, Margaret oversees daily office administration, where her background and field experience enable her to address client inquiries with confidence and expertise.

Lawrence Kaiser is a Certified NYS Arborist and DEC Pesticide Applicator whose strong work ethic and leadership make him an invaluable member of the team. Serving as a mentor to his colleagues, Lawrence has been the driving force behind the creative vision of Kaiser Maintenance, successfully leading large-scale and unique projects. His commitment to thoughtful planning and thorough preparation is a key factor in the company’s success, whether managing comprehensive landscape programs or overseeing complex construction projects.

Travis Feinberg-Kaiser

Travis is a Certified NYS DEC Pesticide Applicator responsible for managing the health and nutritional care of all client properties. He supervises maintenance crews to ensure proper pruning techniques are applied to trees and shrubs, maintaining the highest standards of horticultural practice. Travis is dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and is highly proficient in diagnosing and treating insect and disease issues commonly found in landscape plantings.
